The Serve Snoqualmie Women's Fitness & Flexibility League is dedicated to women who want to add more movement to their lives, and increase their strength, flexibility, and overall health. We have had an incredible community of women supporting, encouraging, and exercising with one another. Our fearless leader is Coach Karen Yang, who loves the wonderful ladies of this league. This season will happen at Church on the Ridge on Sunday evenings.
Sunday: Hybrid Yoga Our Yoga Coach, Karen will take you through a 60-minute class of two types of yoga. The first half of the class will feature active "yang" yoga (named after our coach, I imagine) and it will be an energetic flow to cultivate strength, balance, and mental flexibility. The second half of the class will be devoted to "yin" yoga. Coach Karen will slow it down to incorporate longer therapeutic holds targeting the fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints. This is an all-levels class that will leave you feeling spontaneously rejuvenated and relaxed, setting up for a successful week ahead.
