Thank you for registering for the upcoming 10th Annual Red, White & Boom. This is also the 250th Anniversary of our Nation! 1776 Baby!!!
Here is a reminder of the Terms of Participation:
- City of Snoqualmie Event Permitting requires a Temporary (or permanent) Business License in the City of Snoqualmie. Proof of said license is required upon entry to the event and prior to sales. Applications are on the City Website https://www.snoqualmiewa.gov/323/Business-Licensing.

- Event participation rain or shine.
- Public Health – Seattle & King County King County requires your Permits, Inspections, Commissary Kitchen details are up to date in their system. Our rep is Amanda Styer, Health and Environmental E Investigator III

https://kingcounty.gov/depts/health/environmental-health.aspx - Food Truck set up NO earlier than 5pm, but ready/set by 7pm at the latest.
- Food Trucks may start selling upon set up, however the official event starts at 7pm.
- Food Truck’s physical location will be assigned by the Red, White & Boom Leadership Team.
- Food Trucks must provide their own electricity/power if needed.
- Food Trucks must provide their own 2AC-10BC fire extinguisher in their space along with a No Smoking Sign, per City of Snoqualmie permitting guidelines.
- Food Trucks are responsible to clean up my area (trash etc.) at the conclusion of the event.
- All Sales Transactions must take place from the Food Truck. Walking, soliciting, or making sales in/from the crowd is prohibited.
- Food Permits are required for Vendors cooking/serving food.
- $125 non-refundable Participation Fee secures your spot and acknowledgement of the terms listed above.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Food Truck Registrations are subject to approval from Red, White & Boom Leadership Team; who's intent is to maximize truck/attendee ratio and avoid duplication of food cuisine when possible.
Also, Trucks must adhere to the Five (5) Event Core Values:

If registration is NOT approved, the Food Truck WILL be refunded their registration fee.
