2026 Red, White & Boom Vendor Booth Registration – (Non-Food Trucks)

Thank you for registering for the upcoming 10th Annual Red, White & Boom. This is also the 250th Anniversary of our Nation!  1776 Baby!!!

This event Officially starts at 7pm with Food Trucks, Vendors, Kids Activities, Inflatables, Music and Entertainment and concludes with a 20 Min Professional Firework Display. 

To participate as a Vendor for the Red, White & Boom Event you must agree to the following:     

• Event participation rain or shine.
• Vendors must provide their own 2AC-10BC fire extinguisher in their space along with a No Smoking Sign, per City of Snoqualmie Event Agreement. 
• Vendors are only provided a 10 x 10’ “Spot” and must provide their own Tables/Chairs/Displays/signage etc.
• Vendors utilizing canopy tents must secure tent legs with at least two if not four tent (e.g. water jug, sandbags) weights.
• Set up NO earlier than 5pm, but ready/set by 7pm at the latest.
• Vendors may start selling/promoting upon set up, however the official event starts at 7pm.
• Vendors' physical location will be assigned by the Red, White & Boom Leadership Team.
• Vendors must provide their own electricity if needed.
• Vendors are responsible to clean up area (trash etc.) at the conclusion of the event.   
• Vendor Items for Sale and/or Free giveaways/swag must take place at Vendor Booth, NOT distributed among the crowd.  Note:  Official Title, Red, White or Blue Level Sponsors have their own regulations in this area, that do not apply. Walking/soliciting/making sales in the crowd is prohibited.
• City Event Permitting requires all vendors to:  Hold a Temporary (or permanent) Business License in the City of  Snoqualmie.  Proof of said license is required upon entry to the event and prior to sales.  Applications are on the City Website              https://www.snoqualmiewa.gov/323/Business-Licensing. • $75 non-refundable Participation Fee  secures your spot and acknowledgement of these terms listed above.  Participation Fees are waived for non-profit (subject to approval) Organizations.

Note:  All Vendors are subject to approval by Red, White & Boom Leadership, to avoid duplication and must be inline with the Five (5) core Values:

Any Vendor NOT approved, will be refunded their participation fee
